New Millennium specializes in the restoration of historic wood and steel windows and the fabrication of historically accurate wood windows for commercial landmarks across the country. We bring to the work a passion and a mix of traditional craftsmanship and state of the art wood conservation.
We maintain a full service fabrication facility. We can furnish faithful, accurate reproduction of any necessary historic architectural millwork, including wood window sash, doors, period moldings and hand wood carving. All of the custom millwork that is needed on projects is performed by New Millenniums Artisan Craftsmen and is done in-house in our woodworking shop.
Most moldings found in historic buildings have profiles and sizes not readily available at TRADITIONAL MARKETS and often, the lead time to make custom moldings can be long and the cost high especially if dealing with limited footage. Our craftsmen use proven techniques to reconstruct the original fabric and create a product that has superior performance and durability. Our team can design and produce many custom wood pieces without unnecessary delays on the project.
